Understanding what your goals include, what’s available in your range of afforadbility, and how much cash, if any, you need to apply to your purchase is essential to making informed decisions. Together, we’ll evaluate and identify a strategy for you. This process equips you with insight that will guide your choices for years.

REVIEW DISCLOSURES

Before touring homes, we’ll review all state-required disclosures such as fraud prevention, property condition, and agency disclosures so you’re aware of your rights and the potential risks. You’ll also learn what a strong offer includes and what’s expected of you, from earnest money to contingencies, giving you confidence in the shopping process that will ensue.

TOUR YOUR FAVORITES

Aligned on what you’re envisioning, I’ll set up alerts to ensure we’re the first to see new properties for sale whilst selecting properties that will excite you. You’ll have the flexibility to tour homes at your convenience and your own pace. Together, we'll turn over many stones exploring different options and what is best for you along the way. Working beside me you'll move at your pace with exit doors.

Armed with a clear understanding of what you want and how to protect your interests, we begin the process of working with other real estate agents and their clients. Once you have a successful offer we begin escrow and due diligence.
