GET PRE-APPROVED

Together, we’ll explore your financing options in depth and ensure you fully grasp every choice with your mortgage broker providing education that will empower you for a lifetime. Getting pre-approved is essential, it helps you determine costs and options.

SURVEY THE MARKET

Understanding what your goals include, what’s available in your range of afforadbility, and how much cash, if any, you need to apply to your purchase is essential to making informed decisions. Together, we’ll evaluate and identify a strategy for you. Then we'll cross reference your financial goals with what's for sale or off market and begin concluding what you like to identify a preferred starting point.

REVIEW DISCLOSURES

Before touring homes, we’ll review all state-required disclosures such as fraud prevention, property condition, and environmental hazards so you’re aware of your rights and the potential risks. You’ll also learn what a strong offer includes and what’s expected of you, from earnest money to contingencies, giving you confidence in the shopping process that will ensue.

TOUR YOUR FAVORITES

Aligned on what you’re envisioning, I’ll set up alerts to ensure we’re the first to see new properties for sale whilst selecting properties that will excite you. You’ll have the flexibility to tour homes at your convenience and your own pace. Together, we'll turn over many stones exploring different options and what is best for you along the way. Working beside me you'll move at your pace with exit doors.

Together, you'll be empowered to make the most of your options and confidently advocate for yourself without hesitation. Armed with a clear understanding of what you want and how to protect your interests, we begin discussing a plethora of details pertaining to each property you like after successful showings.
